Where to find Cattrem items ?
Items are only available online (www.cattrem.com) on the "Shop" pages.
How to find the right size ?
A sizing chart (measurements) is available for each item at the bottom of the "Shop" pages.
Are items taken back or exchanged ?
Not suitable items are not taken back but can be exchanged (depending on available stocks). They must be returned to the following address accompanied by the completed voucher:​

The customer is responsible for the return costs as well as the new shipping costs.

Discounted items are not taken back or exchanged.
When am I going to receive my order ?
Delivery usually takes place within 3-5 business days from the payment receipt.​

If you have not received your delivery within 6 business days or have not received any confirmation, please contact us at contact@cattrem.com. Don’t forget to provide your order number.
What is the shipping policy ?
Shipping is free in Switzerland. Abroad, shipping costs apply.
Do you also deliver abroad ?
Our articles are sent all over the world.

Is online payment secure ?
Security in transactions is essential. Your data is transmitted only in encrypted form, so that third parties cannot read it. Your credit card payment is processed by a certified security partner.
What methods of payment are available to me ?
The following payment methods are currently available :
Credit Card : The easiest form of payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards. The store does not record your credit card data.

PayPal : Do you have a PayPal account? In this case, do not hesitate to use this payment method.
Bank transfer : None of the two previous means is possible for you ? You can also pay by bank transfer. Our bank details will be displayed during the payment process.
How do I use my gift card or voucher ?
Simply enter the promotional code during the online purchase process.

Where are the clothes produced ?
The raw materials come from different countries. The final assembly is done in Switzerland.
What are the washing instructions ?
Cattrem items can be machine washed at 30°. Above this temperature, measurements can be altered. DO NOT DRY CLEAN.

What relationship does the founders of Cattrem have ?
They are cousins (their fathers are brothers) and two of them are brothers (Benoit and Benjamin).
Why is the sign “Ravoire” on the back of the collar tag ?
Ravoire is a small village located above Martigny (Switzerland) from which the four founding members come.
